8. Just last weekend I spent the entire weekend with my spouse, away from children, work, housework, the phone, sports, and TV. I talked with my spouse, and learned a way to communicate that has improved our marriage and made me realize what a wonderful person my spouse is. I feel much closer to my spouse, and I think that we have the tools that will allow us to weather any marital storm that comes our way.
